Ted and Liz are very friendly, honest, and very easy to talk to.

They are very reliable and trustworthy. Selling your house can be very stressful, but Ted and Liz told us to rest and not to worry. They are always on time when we meet and are very organized with the documents. As a non fluent English speaker, they tried their best to explain things easily and to understand us. Overall, the whole process of selling my house went smoothly without any troubles. Without their help I don't think we were able to our house for such a high price. They are the best!

"We would not have gotten our house had it not been for Ted and Liz. Because they have been in the business so long, they knew the listing agent and I think that really made a difference in us being selected to purchase our dream house! They are Castro Valley specialist, but that didn't stop them when we wanted to look at houses in Discovery Bay, Livermore and Brentwood. Amazingly coordinated and on the ball with every little detail. They helped us figure out how to pack up our house we had been in for 23 years, where to get movers, cleaners, window cleaners, stagers...EVERY. LITTLE. DETAIL. I felt taken care of. "Ted Von Roll and his wife Liz make up the Von Roll Team and they are fantastic! They work so well together, each taking care of different aspects of the buying/selling process. When you work with the Von Roll team it truly feels like a family member is guiding you through the process.The housing market was pretty crazy when we were on the hunt. There were a few times we almost put our search on pause. Liz and Ted listened to our comments and concerns and with them by our side we kept looking. I’m so happy we did; we now have a beautiful home that we can thank them for finding us! Our daughter even loved looking at houses with them. (Shes 3!) They just seem to make everything so fun! I doubt we will ever be looking for another house since we love ours so much; but if we did there’s no doubt the realtors we would call upon- the Von Roll Team.Thank you Liz and Ted!!"

"Liz and ted did a great job of selling my parents family home, from the beginning Liz passed out a calendar of events that would take place on a specific day and time that was very insuring to our family. Although my parents home was tidy they had lived here for 60 years so there was a long punch list of items that Ted and Liz worked tirelessly on. Besides getting the home ready for market , there was the emotional part of selling your parents home . Ted And Liz handled the situation with tremendous amount of empathy and grace it was so appreciated. I will always recommend ted and Liz to my friends and family for there real estate needs. "Ted and Liz were wonderful to work with. We were first-time home buyers and I'm a teacher, so our budget was lower than average. They were patient with us from start to finish, answering every single question we could fire at them and showing us countless houses. When we fell in love with a house, they helped us negotiate a price within our budget, and then continued negotiations after inspections came through. They are wonderful and I couldn't recommend them more than I do."
